Education Session

Education this month is courtesy of special guest Doug from 3 Sons Cider. Doug is generously bringing along selected juices from apple varieties, and will explain the differences and how they influence the final flavour of your cider.

3 Sons Cider is a local and award winning cidery making traditional style English ciders by hand from Batlow apples, wild picked local apples, as well as heritage style English and French cider apples grown by Doug. Raffle and NOOKIE

  • The raffle will follow the standard set by education with a range of cider-related prizes

What is NOOKIE? AKA The newcastle or otherwise kinda interstate experience is a weekend away with a brew day and some form of entertainment for you partner. All you need to do to enter is be a financial member and either buy $5 worth of raffle tickets and/or bring beer to the club meetings. Bringing along your home brew (even in a keg) will earn you bonus NOOKIE!

  • Bring along your latest brews to share and get feedback from some of Australian finest home brewers.
